It's a GP surgery so a Google review is ultimately irrelevant but let me tell you about my interactions with this here god tier GP.n1. I emailed, yes you heard you EMAILED at 10am got an appointment with an ANP same day.n2. I called another time with a GP emergency it is a thing, but not like an emergency like the actual meaning of emergency, a primary care emergency at 17.02 and saw a doctor THAT DAY. Genuinely the most impressive thing.n3. Emailed at 17.15 for an appointment tomorrow had an appointment arranged for 11.15.nPrimary care is so overwhelmingly overstretched to have a doctor's surgery who a responds to emails and b sees you that day is a miracle. The staff are incredible. I have told everyone who will listen about this practice. I am genuinely a little bit excited to live under their care. The people of Bethesda are incredibly fortunate
Yet again called at 8 waited for an hour on hold to be told quite rudely no appointments again. Booked first avaliable which is in 3 weeks by which time the issue may not be relevant anymore or more usual 10 times worse than it needs to be. I get they are trying their best but the nhs needs to do much better!!
not sure why the receptionists feel the need to belittle and overall be incredibly snappy with its callers. plus medications never ready on time which is understandable when busy but the attitude that comes with it is disappointing. humility costs nothing.

Doctors great and 2 other women on reception great but one is a horrible woman as phone at 8 she says no appointments as should phone 8 I said I did she just put phoned down on me then next day at 8 phoned again as her again in middle over explaining something she puts phone down???it not younger women who work in reception it the older woman not qualified or got communication skills to work there horrid person
