Professional, understanding, kind and caring. Fabulous service all the way through to the funeral itself.  Would recommend 100%

A very slick , and courteous service.  On the downside a preview of service sheets wasn't sent until day before service and it would have been better at least two days before.  Lady in office very helpful, empathetic  and understanding.  Out of the two bereaved executors there was an obvious bias towards taking instructions given by the male member who had prepaid and outlined the service prior to death having taken place.  Despite making about 4 calls to Canler & Son, the director himself never did speak with or to me,  (the second executor.) .
