A class act!! We tried ordering from elsewhere before finding Canadian Spa. Our first  company had a complete lack of communications, months of waiting and then a hot tub of a different size eventually arrived and wouldn't fit through our gate. It was just as well that went wrong as we realised our  first choice  had been a mistake when we found Canadian Spa. The price, the quality, the customer service, the delivery - everything - just far far superior. An hour after we ordered I had an email with all the details we required for our electrician along with a welcome note. We weren't sure what to do with regards to chemicals but my Husband phoned and got some excellent advice and felt confident to start. The delivery day came and Gary who fitted it was so professional, helpful and friendly. The day after fitting we realised that the music and speakers weren't working and phoned the office. There was no hesitation in sending someone straight out the next possible chance to check this out and rectify it. In our opinion the service has been second to none and the Spa build quality is outstanding. We highly recommend this company.

I have had my hot tub for about four and a half years now my speaker stopped popping up after about a week of owning it when Motors went after 3 years the second one went on the fourth year and nearly all of my debts are popped out but I do love my hot tub

Grand Rapids  pump worked for 2 weeks impeller broke changed me£145 to fix it 6/7 weeks heater packed in  great no joy when spoke to someone on phone not my best purchase at all

Really great and trustworthy company. I've had my spa for around 3 years now and the whole team have been outstanding with the customer service and for any questions or any small issues I've had. Being new to owning a spa this is exactly what I needed. Xavier (sales) and Adam (parts) in particular have always been excellent.

Well after about 7 phone calls and much frustration my spa finally arrived . The one I originally ordered was out of stock but was upgraded to the Rio Grande at no extra charge . When I rang after making a delivery date 10 days ahead it never arrived , I rang to be told about 10 times " I don't know " " I m so sorry for your frustration " but in the end I insisted it arrive on the 14 th July ....I set it together ready but not filled with water , an electrician friend said I needed a waterproof 13 amp socket put outside , no chemical set with this unit , order from them direct or B and Q but I got what I needed from a pool company locally half the price . I ve yet to use it but I ll do after a week in Las Vegas . As it was a birthday whim , I don't wish to go through this again ....Andre 

P.s. Well it took about  another 2 weeks before the electrician arrived to put the outside plug , thank goodness . I ve used it 4 times now and boy it's brilliant , , I did get some lavender infusion for the  pool , I was so relaxed I fell asleep it was only when it turned off I woke up . . It's made a huge difference to my sleeping and relaxation  , I m totally thrilled at having one , ok the start was good but you get over that . Hopefully everything will go fine now , the checking of the water is a must , chemicals are not to be used freely , check with the proper strips , all in all a fantastic final ...thank you , Andre
