Poor service, not a great choice of wines, delivery on time, but rude person! Wouldn't use again.

Poor service I'm sorry to say... promise a lot and deliver late. Really disappointed.  Update to owners response...  Disingenuous responses are never a good way  to respond to a customer. Maybe you got it wrong in someone else's opinion. A helpful and friendly response would be a far better approach, rather than trying to make out the customer is foolish. If you can not deal with self criticism, then maybe it is time for you to look at your business model... I have now found a good local supplier, and can also thoroughly recommend the Waitrose delivery service.
