First ever visit by my wife and I. We had a very warm welcome from the staff. Also the staff were careful to check the menu choice as my wife has a nut allergy. We were very well looked after by Kelly and Tracy. We had a spritz, 2 main meals fish pie and chicken schnitzel, garlic cheesy bread, a sticky toffee pud and coffee and all were excellent. Thank you Steve & Linda.
Spent £60 on 2 meals and 2 pints. Had to cut my own pizza. CBA. Good food and service but expect to pay a premium for the pub grub...
Went to cams Mill on Friday.what an amazing evening.the food was fantastic and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again soon
The wife ordered the chicken burger. It was served with the chicken incenerated, was sent back, after a 25 minute wait, it came back undercooked. She ate it under duress and through hunger. Not a good experience, food wise, disappointed. However, staff were efficient and friendly, a nice place to visit, just beware of the chicken burgers....
Scampi was a bit overcooked, and the haddock finger sandwich was tasteless. The sticky toffee and chocolate puddings were sadly not the best think they forgot about them as they arrived 35 mins after ordering and were tepid. Lovely staff, very polite. I do think it is overpriced for the mediocre food we were served.nHowever, on the plus side, it is dog friendly, and they offer dog treats at the door, very nice touch.
