Bought a Kensington full air awning, only used it twice. The plastic on one of the connection tubes has perished, spilt then completely broke within 14 months of the purchase. Camp tech customer service not helpful and advised I would have to purchase a replacement tube as the warranty is only 12 months. Poor quality, Save your money and avoid this company!
purchased an "all seasons" awning and in less than a year it's been returned to Camptech as the coating looks like its cracked and peeling away. it takes them 21 days from receving the awning back to make contact with the retailer so i am without an awning for best part of a month
Bought a Camptech DL air prestige and after 12months the material covering the main bladders has degraded and caused the air bladder to explode. Dealer and Camptech don't want to know and don't keep spares like other brands do. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.
I can't fault the after sales team at camptech especially a girl named Debbie they replaced my faulty air awning with a new one and the service they provided was amazing. A big thank you to Camptech and a big thankyou to Debbie Alcock their sales advisor. Regards John lees
Purchased awning for a seasonal pitch it arrived on 11th March, boxes where damaged 1 item missing which was sent to us straight away by the company we purchased it from. Due to campsite not opening till 12th April we was not able to open the actual awning up as we do not have room at home to check for damage. Upon erection of on 11th April we noticed the awning had a hole in the roof. Camptech will not send a replacement nor send someone to site to inspect, they want us to be without an awning whilst they inspect it to decided if its manufacturing fault or basically our fault. Disgusted with Camptech service then they say if we still use the awning as it is it could void the warranty, we will never purchase anything from them again totally not worth it
I've purchased a camptech awning and one of the air poles has collapsed at the end. I've asked camptech about a replacement and was told phone back in 2 weeks because we don't know if we will have the item in stock. What sort of company doesn't know if they will have or won't have a replacement part in stock, I will have my awning repaired and will never buy another one from this company
We bought a Camptech Kensington full awning from a a local retailer and its absolutely brilliant! Being beginners we had a little trouble setting it up although it should really be easy. We called Camptech and they were extremely helpful and it was up in no time. Fantastic support, thank you!
This product was a breeze to put up on our Elddis caravan. I purchased the 390 air dream awning which we have used this in the last week for our summer holidays. I had one question about back poles so I called Camptech direct and they were very helpful. I would strongly recommend this product as excellent material and product at a very good price.
We recently purchased a poled awning from white arches in rushden , to replace a porch awning...we absolutely love it ..so far so good .. we intend to leave it up so only time will tell . Would recommend camptec great value and quality product.
Bought a seasonal awning, stands for 11 months a year. Coming up to 3rd season, still looking good and sturdy. Bought the air porch for when main awning not in use. Great products and great company.
