Nice spacious home, large rooms for the client and overall quite friendly. Like most other homes, and you have good carers and you have carers who think clients who complain and are unhappy are a pain when it's their right to complain. None of us are perfect and sometimes when we are tired we make mistakes as carers. Sometimes the bigger picture is shortage of staff and no matter how hard a carer works, he won't be able to get to the client quick enough. Tempers get frayed at times like this when the carer is absolutely rushed off their feet and under pressure to meet the needs of the clients. More staff are always needed but the nature of the beast is "it is the kind of job with a high turn over of staff because its bloody hard work" so there will always be shortages. I find it's not always like this, sometimes there's plenty of staff, but sometimes there ain't and when there's not is the time when it's tough.
Friendly, caring staff. Comfortable & inviting with luxurious décor, lots of amenities & beautiful grounds. Willow Court Coffee shop & restaurant is a great place to meet up for a coffee or lunch with friends!
Seems like a lovely place for retired or older people. Tons to do there. Lovely countryside location.
Staff are brilliant and take excellent are of my mother who resides there
Very caring Staff and excellent service.
