Camphill care home is an awful place! My grandmother has been there since January and it has really exposed the neglect that our elderly suffer in a badly run home. Despite earning thousands of pounds to look after our elderly , they cannot even afford them the dignity of a daily wash and change. It’s now a daily occurrence that I have to complain about somethingmissing clothes, no quilt on bed, lying in soiled pyjamas for hours and no buzzer in her room. These complaints are always met with an apology and a promise that said thing will be done , which it rarely is. For the love of everything that is honourable and right, do not let your loved ones reside in this place and if you can’t help but put them in, please visit often and keep an eye on them and how they are treated!
