Stumbled upon this company as I was having issues with the farrow site, couldn’t be more helpful and professional ordered my paint and quick delivery
Thank you for your expert help with choosing our fantastic Farrow and Ball paint. The finished colour scheme looks wonderful.
We are really disappointed with Campbellwicks Interiors. We requested a return on some Farrow & Ball paint which was accepted. We followed the returns process in strict accordance with their procedure. Despite Campbellwicks Inteteriors sending us a picture of the paint we returned they have refused to refund any value at all due to the product being damaged in transit by the courier. Despite consumer rights, distance selling regulations & the UK law overriding their terms & conditions featured on their website they are continuing to witheld our money. In light of this, we've had to commence a charge back request with our card provider & report the business to Farrow & Ball, and the financial ombudsman making this whole process much longer that it needed to be. While we understand the frustration of a return damaged in transit, this is what business insurance is for & something Campbellwicks Interiors need to build into their product pricing if they are going to take advantage of selling under the distance selling regulations where in some instances their product will be damaged in transit. We would advise avoiding such companies given the difficulty to attain a refund for something that wasn't our fault. Our advice is for Campbellwicks interiors is to take it up with the couriers & to issue our refund ahead of them receiving the charge back request which will incur an added fee for the business. On this happening, we will be more than happy to update our review.
