Helpful and friendly service. Rooms were clean and newish. Close to the event centre and if you are visiting you can catch the hop on and off tourist bus from across the road. Limited parking for free in the lot. The train station is about 10minute walk away. Not super central but still well situated.

These guys were super-friendly and helpful. Even in the middle of a bank holiday I. T. crash which meant they had to escort every guest to their room every time they came in, the atmosphere was cheerful and welcoming. The room was clean, everything worked perfectly and the beds were comfy. Will definitely visit again, and would recommend to anyone.

The plumbing smelt like poop! The smell was coming from the drains and the water! The water could not have been drinkable with that smell coming from it! I would add that the wall were very thin and as such I can confirm that our neighbours in room 405 were very satisfied, on multiple occasions and throughout the night. Over all, I would stay again as it was good value for money (didn't have the breakfast) and the staff were lovely! Very close to the secc and train station!

Perfectly adequate. The poor guy who checked in before us returned to the desk while we checked in - he was given a key card and room that was still occupied! Glad this didn't happen to us, a little concerning...

Great location for the hydro but an old looking hotel with limited parking. I was attending an event so cannot comment on the rooms. I did get lunch in the bar and it was very poor particularly with all of the great options nearby. I wouldn't stay here personally as there are so many nicer hotels nearby
