I have ordered clear resin from you multiple times and even recommended you to many other resin users but communication about my last order has disappointed me. I have tried to call you at various times during office hours but no answer. I have emailed you 3 times but no reply. I will now post these pictures on social media and look for another supplier. Such a shame as previously very happy with products and delivery. But it seems you only like taking orders but not give answers when something goes wrong
Placed an order online for collection, paid via Paypal. Received Paypal email receipt, but nothing from the seller. A couple of days later, I had a second Paypal email to say the order was being refunded. No information from seller, tried calling but they never pick up. Sent emails but no reply. Looks like poor communication is a theme with this place judging by the other reviews. Seems to be a mickey-mouse company, very unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
I love this resin. Made this plaque with the quick cure resin. very pleased with the finished product. This resin is bubble free and cures with a lovely shine. I have tried many different reins, but this is the best by far. Will continue to buy this resin from Swindon delivery is quick and comes with measuring cups and mixing sticks
I have been ordering from John at SCS for over 2 years now and resin is brilliant and always delivered quickly. I highly recommend this business and communication with John is good and swift. Never had any issues and will certainly continue to be a regular customer
Found on Amazon, but realised they were local so popped in. Had exactly what I needed and very knowledgable and friendly. I had to repair a hole in my bath and the whole process was explained to me detail. Great advice, great products and a very fair price. Thank you! PS, the lego sets in the office are brilliant :

Great company and customer service. Hermes initially lost my order to non of Swindon Composite Supplies fault. When I called they immediately investigated, identified the Hermes situation while I was still on the phone and right away solved the issue. I received the item only 3 days later. Item well packaged and appears of great quality. Customer service also supplied good advice regarding product usage. Can only recommend. Will definitely be ordering again.
Poor quality polyester laminating resin not workable extremely thin and runny resin does not fully cure...tried to contact but no answer
I am a resin artist and I have been ordering their product via Amazon, I decided to order through them directly as they had advised that it will be 10% cheaper. I've placed an order on Tuesday 28th December, I am still waiting for my order. I have called the number above, but its constant ringing. I am very disappointed with the delay and terrible customer service.
Unluckily I had a bit of problem with the delivery, but after I contacted with the seller the problem was sorted immediately. Very efficient and helpful customer service plus quality products. Highly recommended!
