The staff here are unprofessional and rude! Whilst I was there the staff on the shop floor were arguing with each other about some sort of contract? I had highlights and a haircut. The highlights were acceptable but the haircut was absolutely dreadful! I was not shown the back of my head when the hairdresser had finished and only noticed when I got home and my Mum passed comment that the back of my hair was a complete mess! I do not live in Darwen and was just visiting friends there so I could not get back to the shop to show the girl what a mess she had made as I live over 50 miles away from there. I did, however send her pictures of the back of my head and asked for a refund. The girl replied that she wouldn't give me a refund but would try to fix my hair if I came back to the salon (never going to happen)! She then tried to blame me for the mess by saying that because I had brought friends with me to my hair appointment that I kept moving my head which is probably why the cut was bad! I replied that I am not a baby and was NOT moving my head! There is NO WAY I would go back to this salon, or infact recommend it to anyone else! I now have to go to a local salon and pay to have my hair fixed! Beware!!
