I had the snake eyes piercing done by Ricky and he made me feel super comfortable and explained everything before we started.  I had many piercings in the past but this was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had.  The staff at the studio is friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they've been doing this for a while.  Thank you so much, I will be coming back and will recommend the place to all  my friends.

10/10. I was a bit nervous but they all made me feel comfortable. Everyone is super nice and chill. I got pierced by Ricky and he was a legend, showed me the equipment was all unused, asked my opinion throughout the whole process and even helped me pick the jewellery. No wonder these guys been in business for over 25 years, they clearly know what they are doing and are very good at it.  I’ve been coming to this place for several years and would recommend them to anyone who is into piercings and tattoos, Ricky the piercer is very friendly and knowledgeable and always gives great advice. I was in London for a weekend trip, and decided to get my first tattoo. I messaged on Instagram very last minute and the team were so lovely and managed to fit me in for the next day! From the minute we walked in Lee was so friendly and made us feel at ease.  Joao did my tattoo, he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to make sure the size was perfect, offered different designs and made sure the location was perfect.  The tattoo looks better than I ever imagined it would. Absolutely amazing experience today at the shop! I booked an appointment for a septum piercing and I was very anxious. Everyone was  so nice and helpful, they have explained to me Every single step and taken every precautions. The piercing was done quickly and didn't hurt at all. This is quite possibly the WORST piercing shop in all of London. I got a navel piercing done here a few months ago which they put in at a weird angle and not at a straight line - everyone that I showed the piercing to all had the same reaction, namely 'why isn't it straight' and the back of my navel piercing came off whilst I was asleep one night - the piercing then fell out when I woke up. I couldn't put the ring back in and called up to find out if the shop could help me. I was on the phone to a very grumpy and rude man who spoke very condescendingly to me throughout the call it was as though he hadn't had enough sleep the night before and he basically told me that I'd have to pay for another piercing. He made it very clear that he didn't care about their error, didn't have any regard for my feelings, and in general I think he should either be fired or given a training course on customer service.  I will never come back to this place again and I pity anyone who spends their hard earned money in this horrendous place.Service:&nbsp;Navel piercing
