We have been moved by this company 3 times now, the first two were problem free, but the third, the move went smoothly, until we tried our portable air conditioner. We, then noticed the occolating slats weren’t moving and the heat and cold had reversed. I complained to the owner, who sent his unqualified staff round to give their judgement, he then promptly told me that they said it was fine, therefore he wouldn’t entertain any kind of recompense or replacement. We then took the decision to take them to court to get a judgement, this ended with us having to stop the case as the owner stated he would have a air conditioning specialist and solicitor present at the hearing and we would be charged for it. We had our removal paid for by a charity, as we were moving due to health reason, we clearly didn’t have enough money to pay fees and costs, and the owner knew this. They are unscrupulous and I would avoid them if you value your possessions.

Bobby and the guys offer the very best service for the very best price. Great communication from Bobby when booking, A price that was over £700 less than the so called big boys. And two guys who could not have done more to make our move easy and trouble free. They really couldn't have done more for us and I can't thank them all enough.

Used them for a move today for a fully furnished 3 bedroom house which involved around 20 medium to large boxes, couple of beds a few tables, cupboard and other large items. Anthony and Matt arrived and were friendly guys who listened to what needed doing without fuss. So pleased with the guys, they took care and attention with what they were doing, i had to recommend immediately as i know finding a good removal service can be tricky.

Faultless! The guys emptied a storage unit in Twickenham and brought it to Cambridge city centre. Glyn and Jay were fantastic. They were so thoughtful  and put everything in the right place, always taking the trouble to ask me first.  Thanks for making it as painless as you could.  I was so very tired after three days of trucking stuff around and was mighty relieved to have these two courteous chaps to help. Best ever removal dudes!!
