Always pleased with the service and efficiency. Dr Ball always very kind and professional. Reception staff always polite and helpful. My daughter is now moving back to Buckinghamshire and we will miss such a good Doctors.
My wife and myself can't praise the doctors, nurses, pharmacy and receptionists high enough, they have catered for all our needs, they go above and beyond the needs of their patients. Thank you all very much for your outstanding service.
Dr Ball is an incredible doctor. He is extremely professional, knowledgable and actively listens to your health concerns. He made me feel very safe and I trust in his judgement and care 100%. I can't recommend him enough and would give his service 5 stars. Dr Pham is awful! She doesn't read your notes before hand, cuts you off every time you try to explain what you need help with and prescribes you medication that is not appropriate. She has been reported to the NHS which is currently being investigated. Dr Eslava is okay. Can be a bit rude/abrupt. Needs to work on his bedside manner. Appointments - It is hard to get through on the phone for an appointment. But the ladies on reception are very friendly, professional and endeavour to help you as much as they can.
We as a family can’t speak highly enough of Cambrian Medical Centre. When ever we have needed to speak or see a doctor we have always been given a appointment. During these last few years Drs surgery’s have been given a bad name for not meeting patient’s needs but I can honestly say this is not the case with Cambrian. All the staff from receptionist, nurses and Drs have provided excellent care for myself and family. Thank you so much to all the staff for keeping us healthy and well.
Ďue to oroblems with traffic on Friday 4th November my Husband & I were late for our flu jabs & the surgery was closed. The practice nurse was leaving & assured us that she would rearrange our appointments. She actually went over & above the call of duty because by 7pm we hade received a text confirming new appointments. Thank you we are very grateful.
Getting appointments: nightmare. Parking: nightmare. DO NOT PARK IN NON BAY: Council Enforcer will get you! Overall disappointment since the move from Willow St all those years ago. *Photos are of that Long stay car park. Also noticed exactly same requirements in old Morrisons carpark. No excuse for staff? Edit: Arrived Fri 10th 8:35. 1 carparking space and it opens at 8:30. The parking rules states that staff can buy permit and park there—THIS is unnaceptable! You can park "next to it" in longstay carpark that appears to be £10 a week—which is not bad. I'm sure surgery could do a deal with the council and leave spaces for actual patients Edit 2: Fast response from the Centre regarding my comments. Really appreciated. Parking aside, they do look after you. Impressed with the way they have really kept eye on my health lately. Thank you.
Highly responsive to all my health and medical support needs. I telephoned today and spoke to the receptionist unfortunately unable to get her name who has the most helpful advise and actions given about my queries. Having been held abroad and potentially unable to get to my connecting flights due to issues with my COVID PASSPORT- this lovely receptionist has sorted my anxiety and worries. Well done.
My family and myself have only ever had first class treatment from a number of doctors nurses and reception staff in the practice over the last 16 years. I cannot speak more highly of the care and support they have given to us during the pandemic. In an ever changing organisation this practice gives 100% effort in delivering healthcare to it’s patients.
Always been there for us!! As usual - people very quick to criticise but not willing to see the good. The surgery have ALWAYS seen our 2 children same day when we've been worried. Triage service a good idea if you know your symptoms and don't really need to see a doctor. Option to see trained pharmacist also great idea. OK parking is tricky, yes you may have to wait. But try and see the good in the service we have here!!!
Lot of good staff but there are a few Dr's who need to read patience history 1st instead of judging by looks etc puts me off going Dr's
