I’ve been at this Surgery for nearly 2 years now. It is by a long shot the most poorly managed surgery I’ve ever experienced. You can expect to have to call 15-20 times before they answer the phone. Yet when you visit the surgery you will find them just sitting there not on the phone. This morning I had to call 36 times before they answered. They are also funny about giving emergency appointments and will do all they can you get you to call back at 8am the next day. (They won’t answer). All that being said the GPs here are very good.

The surgery phones at 8 am to tell my grandmother her prescription is ready for collection. I have waited 7 hours so far and I am still unable to collect it for her as the doctor, allegedly, hasn't taken the piece of paper the 20 yards from her practise room to the front desk! No worries I'll just spend the day in the car park I guess ...

They never answer the phone. I've called 120 times (no joke) since 8am its now 10.30. When they do eventually answer you have to wait 3 weeks? Joke

The doctor that I have is brilliant and very understanding however the receptionists kill a better rating as my ex girlfriend used to be with this surgery (I'm still stuck with them) and often they were either rude or unhelpful, I have experienced this myself
