Well made cocktails are getting easier to find in London. We'll thank the Americans for starting this particularly inoffensive yuppie trend. Even so, nestled in a cool corner of town Callooh Callay stands out. They have a right to be pretentious but give it up with charming self-awareness with a playlist that includes "walk this way"... Amazing. Someone should change the name to something a little less consonant-y though. Just a thought

Preface: I can't believe such a good place has less than 5 stars! People that leave 3 or 4 stars on businesses and say "excellent service" or "amazing place" or similar should be disregarded as fools and treated as such. Your opinion is invalid when you provide such a juxtaposed review.

Fun spot in Shoreditch with a great vibe and friendly staff. I called ahead to reserve a table and they helped us out so efficiently. Drinks themselves are decent and the menu is fun.

Cozy bar with different areas. Back area for reserved tables, upstairs private area for guest list or special events. Unique and non-standard cocktails, interesting mixes and flavors.

This little gem has been my favourite cocktail bar in London for several years now. The bartenders mix some fantastic drinks including special requests (i.e. no sugary drinks please). The cocktail list changes frequently and always offers surprising flavour combinations that you won’t have had elsewhere. The vibe is chilled and slightly different in all 3 rooms. Service is second to none. It gets very busy in the evenings so booking is recommended or come very early to avoid being turned away. Very good door policy too.
