Whilst I was initially happy with my results from Call Lane Aesthetics, I then went to see another Aesthetics provider on my next visit due to lack of appointments at CLA. I was shocked by the difference in attentiveness and was told that my filler had actually been injected too close to the surface of the skin causing a lump underneath which I hadn't noticed. This led to me needing to pay to have this dissolved before having my lips refilled to ensure the lump wasn't made worse. At my new provider, numbing cream was offered and the process was much more meticulous to ensure the right shape and volume. CLA felt very rushed in comparison, I'd advise looking elsewhere for better results and care.
Lovely doctor who made me feel at ease and relaxed about my first procedure. I had 0.5ml of Juvederm lip fillers at £150. My lips were great after i had them done, pretty swollen and bruised the next day for work but all fine and all feeling back in them after 3/4 days. It's a really subtle change but it's great and I do not have a duck pout which is what I was dreading. Would fully recommend Call Lane Aesthetics and will be returning when I need a top up. Thanks!
After trying a few different clinics in Leeds I was told to try Call Lane Aesthetics. I've been here a few times for my Botox treatments & I love it. The doctors always put me at ease and make me feel comfortable. I love the results every time and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I attend this facility for Botox and have always found the staff professional and knowledgeable, the clinic clean and the appointments prompt. I wouldn't book to receive these treatments at a salon, as it is important that the practitioner has a medical background. Easy to book, good communication and they answer all questions ahead of your appointment.
**Updated my 2016 review to reflect recent service at CLA I had been going to CLA for around 4 years, first for Botox and then for lip fillers and until recently I was very happy. My last 4 visits are what's made me unhappy enough to move to a different business which I'm sure people who opt for these sorts of treatments will understand is not something you do lightly. Usually once you find a place you trust and are happy with, you stick around and until recently I was happy and I did trust them. The first issue was when my lip filler wasn't right, I hadn't been given enough filler in the right of my bottom lip and so I contacted Petra she deals with the appointments by email. Keeping in mind the fact that I'd been a customer of theirs for several years and had had lip fillers done before I was less than happy at the standard cut and paste response I received. I knew what I was talking about and was left to push to get a check-up as soon as possible but this still left me walking around with a wonky bottom lip for 2 weeks. Dr. Tamir did fix it on the follow-up appointment but it was irritating to have to make the trip in to town again and to pay for parking again. The next appointment was more of the same, yet again I didn't get an even amount of filler in my lips and so again I had to get in touch with Petra to arrange a follow up but I had also developed a very noticeable lump on my top lip. Despite my clear distress the emails from Petra did nothing to put my mind at ease and I was left feeling more like an annoyance. I managed to get booked in for a follow up and yet again was left walking around with wonky lips for a week and a half. My follow up was with a different doctor as Dr. Tamir was unavailable. I was booked in with Dr.Andy and this is really where I made my mind up on moving away from CLA. His overall tone and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On my previous appointment I had spent just shy of £500 and yet there was nothing in the way of an apology or any sort of attempt at understanding how upset and angry I was. I was still very polite about the whole thing but tried to convey how unhappy I was. He made me feel like I was unreasonable and didn't treat me like a valued customer who was very unhappy and stressed out about the results of the work carried out. He topped up my botox, evened out the filler and reduced the size of the lump by dissolving some of the filler. The overall management / scheduling of the appointments needs work and I believe that's why I ended up with poor results. The appointments are far far too short and feel very rushed. On my last appointment with Dr. Tamir there were at least 4 other people waiting to be seen and my appointment for botox 3 areas and 1 ml of lip fillers took no more than 10 minutes. I believe that it's this rushing that caused a lack of attention to detail and this ultimately affected his technique which has left me with lumps and bumps on my lips. I have chosen to leave my lips as they are and just let the filler fade away for now. I don't want to go back to CLA, even for them to dissolve the lumps as I no longer trust their work. I've since found a new aesthetician who i've been to see for PDO threads and I feel like such an idiot for staying at CLA for so long. The overall level of service I have received is worlds apart from what I was getting at CLA.
Went here for lip fillers as a first timer and it was a quick simple process. We briefly discussed the procedure and the outcome of the procedure- I am SO happy with my new lips. A great thing about this place is that aim to emphasise your natural lips instead of changing the shape. Very impressed and I will be returning again
BOTOX in 3 areas. Two lots of BOTOX 4 appointments. Got my forehead and frown lines ok but unfortunately not effective around my eyes either time as they play it very safe injecting more in my cheek and temples which didn't benefit my eyes enough. I have had much better results elsewhere with nurses who know how to tackle eye wrinkles properly but they move about a lot and Call Lane Aesthetics was a more competitive price. It also wore off pretty quickly.

I found the doctors at CLA to be very helpful and informative and there was no pressure to sign up for treatments. I had a second visit a couple of weeks after my treatment to check everything at no extra cost and overall I am very happy with the excellent service and the results that I have had. Thank you!
After speaking with the receptionist on a couple occasions about what I wanted brow lift using Botox the lady said we have a late appointment 8.15pm. I arranged childcare a taxi into Leeds and a cost of £15.00 each way.. After buzzing on the intercom which is placed right next to Normans bar , a man tries to have a lengthy conversation through the intercom. After that bizarre experience I see the specialist and said I have come for my brow lift . The specialist looks perplexed at me and said what do you mean by a brow a lift I can get rid of your wrinkles ? I didn't realise it was amiture hour !!! These guys have no clue !! What a waste of my time money and effort ! Furious and wouldn't recommend
