Lovely place to stay. Rooms where nice and the shower was amazing. Room service everyday keeping beds tidy and room. Tea coffee topped up everyday with a nice complimentary biscuit. Food wasn't being served as I stayed out of season but looks amazing in the photos. Close to the beach and other amenities ie shops and restaurants.Rooms: 5/5

Comfortable and friendly... pity about no evening food available and if you're over 6ft let them know low beams but well worth the money
This is a straight forward no nonsense pub. I went there with friends and family having made our way there through the local farmer's fields from the local campsite. The beer at the end of the walk was cracking! The food wasn't on though as it was after six so we brought in pizzas.
What a lovely quaint hotel. I have visited this place quite a few times over 50 years so from being on holiday in a push chair. This is the first time I've stayed along with my misses and 6 year old daughter. I've seen reviews over noise issues but bear in mind this a old coach house style hotel so you would expect to hear a little noise but this stops around 9. Having our child with us this didn't bother us in the slightest . The rooms are are a lovely and spotless. Lovely sized bathroom with shower and a bath. Beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is amazing loved it . I would definitely stay again manager and staff are all friendly and helpful. Had a great weekend in all thank you all
Stayed this weekend as we were racing at the circuit. Great service far better than Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. Nice clean rooms, great cooked breakfast and they do like the British. Highly recommend. Lovely and quiet too Only 6 minutes to the beach.
A great little find ! Stayed for 3 nights to watch bike racing The room was clean ,great shower and comfortable bed , good little pub and enjoyed my vegan burger ordered at the bar The breakfast was also very tasty I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful It's in a good location only a few minutes from beaches and places of interest I wouldn't hesitate in staying again
Stayed at this hotel must have had the smallest room possible nobody there when we arrived didn't stay for the 2 nights didn't even stay for the breakfast on the first morning it's a local public house wasn't felt welcome would definitely not go again
Visited recently on a very hot day , pub is lovely and clean , the only reason i have given 3 stars as there is a very limited menu , as it was a very hot day we didnt want a heavy meal , a sandwich or similar but there was none on the menu only sunday lunch or heavy meals .
Great local pub ,still has authentic feel of a local public house, no glitz! nice and simple. Great welcome by bar staff ,good selection of beers and spirits. As we were holiday makers visiting it was great to meet local people and good have a good chat . Brilliant place to visit. Don't change anything!! Good social distancing procedures in place .
