DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE LIGHTS. it’s easy to not notice dirt still left, especially on the car’s interior due to the dark lights. i went there and chose diamond, expecting to pay 39.99 , though the person there said it was 45.00. I said to him that i would be 2hrs, though ended up taking about 2 and a half. I returned and due to the dark lighting i thought the car looked relatively clean. on further inspection on the way home and at home, i raised the frankly disappointing state of the car. the person had only seemed to clean one of the floor mats, and had only made a dent on the exterior. dust all over interior. not worth it. what the hailServices: Auto interior vacuuming
Daylight robbery! Do not get your car cleaned here. AVOID I thought I would give it a go to see if they were any good. I was suggested the platinum £40 service outside and inside with a car polish to finish. Car seemed ok when I got it back in the dark car park lighting, but once outside in the daylight I could see all the places that was missed. Alloys we’re still dirty in places where they couldn’t be bothered. Under all 4 door handles still dirty. On the boot where the licence plate is, still caked in dirt. Polish not buffed off the roof or bumpers correctly so you could see all the swirl marks. The interior had a once over but still Childrens dirt marks on the back of the seat where I have the child seats.got a wipe on it myself when I got home, came off straight away. Carpets in the back not cleaned. Overall not a good car wash. Just save your money and avoid. £40 is too much for the end result. Had to get car cleaned again for £15 at a local car wash. And they done better job for less than half the price.
I have used this service twice and have left disappointed each time. I paid for. Platinum service which is supposed to include: EXTERIOR: with all door & boot shuts, mirrors & glass polish & tyres dressed + tar spot removal & protective hand polish for a durable lasting sparkle. INTERIOR: ashtray cleaned, litter removed, seats, carpets & boot vacuumed, deodorised, dashboard & centre console cleaned and glass £34.95 This was not my experience. The windows were left smeary and there was dirt left around the edges of all of the windows and a large sticky mark was left on the windscreen. I complained to one of the service providers and the windows were sprayed and wiped again, but the same dirt was left behind as only the centre of the windows were cleaned. The tyres were not cleaned, let alone dressed. Various areas of the body work were left dirty or lumps of wax were left in crevices. Inside, there had only be a perfunctory vacuum, no deodorisation, my boot had not been touched at all - I had to ask for it to be cleaned! There was still debris on the mats and the door/ boot sills had not been touched. I will not be giving it the benefit of the doubt again.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Really disappointed. Paid £30 for inside and out. To be fair, the inside was vacuumed well although it wasn't very dirty to start with. However the outside was a different story. Unfortunately the lighting is very poor and I didn't realise how poor the cleaning was until we had left. The front hadn't even been touched, one wing mirror was missed completely and it looked like it had been done in a hurry although I was told to give them an hour. I feel ripped off and won't be using again.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Awfull service!!!! Dropped my car for a diamond service Told him will come back after 90 minutes Kept on asking for CASH!!!! Told him no I am paying by card Insisted,so I told him I only have card He said you can bring money from the ATM!!!! While arguing another car came after me.. Anyway I left for the 90 minute, came back to find my car not cleaned yet!!!!And I am pregnant!!He kept me waiting standing up!!And the car that came after me was done!And for no surprise, the owner of the car laid him cash! Now regarding the cleaning, awful!Dont waste your money there!nothing has been done properly!Obviously as they had to rush whem I came and found my car not ready!And in addition to that while the service cost 55,95 he charged without even asking £56!!!!!So rude! Complete scam!
Don't even try them!!! Probably the worse car wash I ever been... £56 for Diamond option!!! Rip off see pictures... Got there at 12pm, the young man asked me when I wanted to pick up my car back and I said 2 hours.. As I forgot something in my car I had to go back at 1:20pm and he did not start to clean my car, therefore I have asked him when he was planning to do it and he just answer me that the cleaning would take 30 min... paying £56 for 30 min Really? look at the pictures attached.... they are a bunch of unprofessionals young men who just take your money and are not doing anything.. No attention to details and not really friendly neither
Paid for the £52! Full valet. Cheaper options are available in the 20-35£ area. Reasonable but not perfect! exterior clean. Some missed bits mainly around the lower parts of the side skirts and "lower" parts of the car. Some visible cleaning marks from the cloths and fluids that they use, probably related to them not using much water in the cleaning process. The interior valet was actually better than the exterior, very happy with that part of the service. Did feel a bit weird to leave my car unlocked in a car park, but I didn't have anything go missing unlike some other reviews mention or get damaged. Very expensive for what you get, though, which might be related to the convenience of the location. A bit more care taken with the exterior clean and I'd be using them more regularly.
I mainly wanted the interior done so requested a gold service. He told me it's not a good service and I should get the platinum for an extra £10. I explained that the list of services for interior were the same and once again he told me the gold service is not a good service and if I want the interior done I would need to upgrade. I left.
I was really happy with service and clean. The gentleman who booked me in was polite and when I got back from shopping my car was clean inside and out.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
They charge me £25 for outside only and haven't even cleaned it properly,staff not friendly
