Fantastic practice and wonderful kind, caring staff. My dog is terrified of the vets and they treated her with understanding and compassion and she is not fearful now.
I visited Calder vets in Mirfield today for my bunny. The service provided by the veterinarian and receptionist were amazing. My rabbit was treated by Iwona who was so kind and helpful, and I could clearly see she cared about peaches my bunny. Amazing service I couldn’t be more satisfied x
Calder Vets, Mirfield, do not open on weekends. If you have their number and do not know that, you may well call them, understandably, on a Saturday. Is there a voice message simply saying "we are closed today"?... No, there is not. There is, however, a voice message saying "Your call will be answered shortly. You are number one in the call queue." - That is on a Saturday when they ARE CLOSED. You can hang there for a long time. Insulting their clientele and wasting their time is standard with Calder Vets!
Fantastic vets, always come away with extra advice on how to take care of the little one. Access to the pet hospital in Dewsbury is also invaluable.
Was made very welcome all the staff really love the animals they were treating and answered any questions we had.
The staff at Calder Vets in Mirfield are always friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to my anxious dog, and go the extra mile to calm him. The vet is absolutely brilliant.
Embarrassingly poor customer services, they care not one jot about the wellbeing of the animals or the owners and are only interested in money. The receptionist is especially poor and a terrible representation of the business
