Amazing service. Professional and reliable. After being let down by Hotpoint and their appalling customer service, I am actually really pleased I found these local contractors via a Google search. A clear call out charge (probably a fraction of Hotpoint's), arranged a time to suit me, courtesy call before arriving. Ryan diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me, which was appreciated. All prepared with tools and some spare parts on the van. Thank you.

Our Miele washing machine broke down and after phoning several other repairers only to be told that they either didn't repair Miele machines or they couldn't get the parts as "Miele don't release the parts to the trade", I phoned CAL Electrical. They were very helpful and gave me some great advice of things to check first (even though this was over the Christmas period) and they booked a day to inspect the washing machine. It needed a new element which they ordered in and promptly fitted three days later. We are very happy with the service, timekeeping, courtesy and price. Highly recommended.

We have used CAL Electrical on a few occasions for washing machine, oven and dishwasher problems and have found them to efficient. reliable and honest. Their service is top notch and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
