The best cake I have tasted and the service when ordering was very professional and friendly. I ordered my daughter's paw patrol cake as well as some cupcakes and all our guests commented how good it looked and how tasty the cupcakes were. The fact it came with delivery made it a lot easier on the day with planning and organising. I was very happy with my purchase.

Outstanding service and a phenomenal cake! My partner had very specific requirements for our sons 1st birthday cake and they delivered exactly what was required! Highly recommend to anyone! Fantastic!

The Unicorn cake for my daughter's party was exquisite. It had wonderful detail and colours which everyone thought it was impressive. Very happy with my cake.

Shocking customer service! I ordered a cake from cake in a box for my sons birthday, we usually get our cakes elsewhere but due to his egg allergy and our usual cake shop not making egg free cakes we chose cake in a box. I had a picture of an exact cake I wanted and was told at the time they could make it not a problem, we emailed the picture while still stood in the shop and everything seemed great. My husband went to collect the cake this morning to find it was a completely different cake! They couldn't care less! At first saying they never recieved my email although he showed them it from my email sent box. Then they couldn't check their emails due to an IT fault! £85 out of pocket for a cake we don't want but no choice to take as we can't just pick up a cake anywhere due to my sons allergies. And told can't give you a discount as I never charged you for the egg free initially ( this was never mentioned when ordering! We asked how much and was told a price) ridiculous and the customer service after was horrendous! Will not be back!
