When you plan and consequently reschedule a wedding in the middle of a pandemic, having suppliers who are supportive, understanding and flexible is literally GOLD. Rachel has been one of the people who has been flexible, calm and supportive in the middle of a wedding hurricane. We shared ideas through pinterest pictures, had a Zoom call which felt like Rachel gets us as a couple and the vision of our cake completely. We decided to go with a coffee and lemon cake - aka 'fresh and tasty' - for our summer wedding, and the result of it has been beyond beautiful and tasty. We received so many compliments for the cake and are delighted to have a couple of pieces left for us in the freezer :. Rachel is a joy to work with and she truly puts your mind at ease. Thank you so much, Rachel! x

Rachel is amazing, she made us the most wonderful wedding cake which just looked and tasted amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and the cake turned out better than I ever envisioned! I could not be happier. Our original wedding got postponed due to the pandemic and Rachel was nothing but reassuring and professional. I highly recommend Rachel for any of your cake needs.

From the very beginning of our wedding cake journey Rachel was just amazing! Before even booking our date with Rachel she was so patient and informative, answering all of our questions and giving us plenty of advice. Rachel was an absolute God send! My husband and I loved our consultation in her gorgeous studio and the tasting session was just delightful!  Rachel more than delivered on our brief. Four tiers of lemon drizzle, Chocolate and vanilla/raspberry - delicious and absolutely gorgeous cake! Our guests loved it as much as we did. Cannot thank you enough Rachel! We highly recommend Cake by Rachel for your wedding - not only did our cake look absolutely stunning but tasted as good as it looked, every bit of it got eaten! Rachel is lovely and we really enjoyed meeting her for the cake tasting - it was so hard to choose as all the flavours were so nice. If you are looking for a wedding cake supplier she is the best in the area!

Rachel made an elegant, simple cake for our wedding which was just amazing! We had x3 different flavours in ours, a raspberry and white chocolate, salted caramel and carrot cake! The cake was so yummy, it was enjoyed by all our guests with no leftovers. Thankfully my Mum saved myself and my husband a slice which we enjoyed the next day with a cup of tea. In addition Rachel worked alongside the florist with fresh flowers which was greatly appreciated! If you are looking for a wedding cake, I certainly recommend Rachel. She is amazing at what she does!

We chose Rachel to make our wedding cake and I am glad we did. She was super responsive, professional and accommodating which helps takes away stress when it comes to wedding planning. Rachel made the most beautiful cake for our wedding.  She was a joy to work with and followed all my design requests even matching the icing flowers to the flowers for the tables.  The cake tasted as good as it looked.  If you’re looking for a wedding cake, you can’t go wrong with Rachel.

Rachel was absolutely wonderful to deal with, especially through COVID. We had a fun time at our very generous! cake tasting. The cake was gorgeous, and as equally delicious. We were lucky to have some big chunks to take home with us, would thoroughly recommend the lemon !!

Rachel baked our wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious; we went for a semi naked 3 tier with a different flavour on each layer and we couldn’t fault a thing. It looked amazing and tasted even better! We didn’t get to meet Rachel for a tasting session prior to the wedding as we were in lockdown but she solved this problem by posting us cupcakes to sample, what a treat! Ordering and sorting the cake with Rachel was a completely stress-free process, she always responded to any questions quickly and liaised with our florist to organise the flowers to decorate the cake. Our guests loved the cake, we had so many compliments. We would highly recommend! :
