I can only assume the previous reviewer has been into a different shop than me!  I always get exemplary service, it's a family business and you are made to feel like part of the family, nothing is too much trouble.  5-Star!!

The owners and staff at Caistor Post Office are always welcoming and friendly, always helpful and offer great advice on all of the services offered. I highly recommend using Martin and Kays lovely establishment.

Always amazingly helpful and especially so with collecting Christmas parcels discreetly so the children don't see!

Just been in to send a small package and was met by a young woman with dark hair and a face like a dropped pie who when I approached her window gave me a dirty look and walked off..
So I moved to the next window and was met by an older woman with an ice pack on her neck while taking to the 
“Dropped pie face “ woman.
They were discussing weather or not to text some other person....as they had fallen out....
