The girl behind the counter last year was brilliant & knew exactly what she was doing! She was always cheery. Now though , it a not a nice place to use (although needs must)! The lady behind the counter has no idea what she is doing most of the time & can be very snappy! Basic manners are lacking & there is no customer service/care at all!
