Lunchtime on a Saturday and the service was very slow. Granted there was a trainee barista but they took their break with a growing queue with one member of staff left on. Who incidentally was friendly helpful and doing her best to ensure we still got good service. Thank goodness for the sun and outdoor eating.
Nice place, nice coffee and hot chocolate and nice staff
I rate it 5 because it has sentimental connections for me. Coffees good of course and plenty of outdoor seating on the town sq gives it a bit of a continental feel. Possible sells the smallest most expensive sausage rolls.
Go to Nero fairly regularly and experience varies, depending much on number of staff available and the length of the queue. Today was a great day. No queue, the very best of batistas friendly, efficient, quick with smiles, jokes and coffee, room to sit. Always recommend coffee from Nero, and the apricot croissants and now mince pies well worth a visit. Enjoy.
A relaxing place, coffee is as good as in Milan or Rome, friendly staff and most important... a lovely view towards Town Center's market. I used to ride motorcycles and this place has a nice mixture of bikes right in the market, sometimes collection cars... people are nice as in the whe St.Neots. Highly recommended 10/10
Visited mid morning. Took my latte upstairs and there was only one other person there. Very relaxing listening to the classical music playing.Food: 4/5
Incredible coffee and cake, the only downside sometimes is the queue through the door out into the Market Square
Manager a bit grumpy, not great at customer service. Shame as coffee is good
Very accommodating with my lactose intolerance. Hannah in particular went above and beyond, suggesting appropriate drinks.
Good branch of this better-than-average coffee chain with cheerful, pleasant staff and a bit of a buzz about it. Nice food, newspapers, iced water and seating on two floors. Worth a try. We are irregular regulars when we're over in St. Neots for some shopping or a walk.
