Caffe Nero

Would like more for vegans. They do a lovely croissant with jam for vegans but don't like their meatball bun.Food: 3/5

Staff are always polite and friendly, never feel rushed when ordering food/drinks from here and tables are always clean and ready to be used! It's a lovely quiet atmosphere, nice to sit in the back and forget about how busy the shopping centre is! My partner and I visit once or twice a week and really enjoying coming here! Might not be my favourite coffee but it's the staff and atmosphere that keep me coming back

My girlfriend and I LOVE it here. It's our favorite coffee in festival place and the staff are always so nice to us and really do a great job.

Whenever I work in Basingstoke, this is my regular coffee shop..However, as I only go to Basingstoke two or three times a year it says something about the staff remembering how I take my coffee. As with all Nero, the pastry's are fresh

Great staff, always friendly and efficient. Reasonable selection of cakes and snacks, some comfortable easy chairs as well as usual table layout. Coffee is way better than Costa in my opinion. Happy to use this place regularly.

One of the best coffee chains about, this shop is always very clean and staff are very pleased to serve you, coffee is of high standard and nothing is too much trouble, I like strong coffee so Caffè Nero is right down my street, if you don't like strong coffee just ask for 1 shot of coffee,

Cafe Nero consistently provides the best tasting coffee out of the major national chains. This shop is no different. The seating area has a handful of tables in it's front area which benefit from a being glass fronted getting sun over the lunch period. Music is played and you can get away from the 'mall feel' .

Nice coffee, food and service. Tad overpriced.
