The manager of Cafe Nero is very welcoming and her customer service alone deserves the 5*! Very nice toasties and cappuccino is one of the best.
Great place 2 grab a Coffee!
I've visited the stockton store twice in the last 2 weeks same 2 ladies. The taller of the 2 is a lovely friendly woman always gives u a warm welcome, the smaller of the 2 is always miserable as sin never smiles and is rude and arrogant. This lady is the only one out of all the other staff who looks at you as though your a problem
Great for a drink and something to nibble on but a little pricey for my liking
