Caffè Nero coffee is my favourite coffee of the chain coffee brands. Love the coffee! Love the cakes! Lots of choices for food. Appreciate the rewards program because they do not go out of date. Just a nice relaxed, comfortable ambiance here in the Harpenden branch. Good, friendly, prompt service. Bright coffee shop with windows which let in a lot of light. Got a good busy coffee shop buzz going. Could do with improvements in tidiness though thank you.
Love Caffè Nero Harpenden, very popular especially around 7am when I would normally visit. Cleanliness could be improved. The outside area with red bins plus 4 plastic bins is awful. Leaves fallen from trees two months ago and are still left there rotting. The whole are needs tidying, jet washing on regular basis. More frequent rubbish collections so there would be less bins in view. New manageress has started maybe will see some changes, it needs to happen sooner rather than later. Brian Butcher.21/1/23

Cafe Nero charge quite a premium for their drinks. Despite the staff being friendly at this store, I used to enjoy cafe Nero but now can get a better coffee at home.Service: 5/5
It was a great place away from the crowd and noise of city's like Luton or London,, and the place felt calm and serene... just be mindful of the fact that they close at 6:30... The attendant over counter were very good at taking care of customers.
Situated along the High Street Caffè Nero is a nice establishment with a good variety of cakes to compliment your coffee, theres also an outdoor area if the weather is pleasant enough to watch the world go by.Food: 5/5
Staff were excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Accommodating and looked after us well. Nice setup. Flat white was good. Would defo recommend and come back again.
