The Nero café donut Spiti was absolutely amazing. The coffee decaffeinated was really very strong and very nice. Then a bacon sandwich which was so tasty was unbelievable. The decor in the place is really great. The staff are very friendly and welcoming would recommend it to anyone.
Visited Caffè Nero, Newport Retail Park today and was totally disappointed. The tables were dirty and weren’t being cleaned quick enough. Only 2 members of staff making drinks training in customer service, or a smile at the very least wouldn’t go a miss. Not very welcoming or inviting place at all. Won’t be going back
Nice coffee shop and staff always friendly even at busy times. Able to bring your dogs inside which is a nice touch but good seating area available outside as well.
Always lovely staff, good location and best of all dog friendly! Always clean and tidy as well...unlike other chain coffee places nearby.
Amazing staff and amazing drinks, never felt more welcome in any other Caffè. Definitely recommend their caramel frap with a shot of espresso, 100% the best way to start your day with the staff being funny and welcoming!
I prefer Nero over Costa and Starbucks. I think it is because of the atmosphere of their location; it seems to be more organic in style, colors are more calming, and the vibe is more my personal taste.Food: 5/5
Gorgeous coffee and excellent service. The coffee shop was quite quiet so I managed to get a good table with views of the shoppers. I would return as cheaper than my usual coffee shop.
1st time using it lovely coffee plenty of room not all crammed in the guy serving an elderly lady was very attentive explaing she could downl7ad an app to use instead of stamping her Dard and they would help her if she struggledService: 5/5
