Coffee was great as always but it was disgustingly filthy inside and all over the floor and toilets. Unusual but more noticeable on current climes.
As always, Cafe Nero was just fabulous, the coffee was lovely, and the staff were polite and very helpful too
I ordered hot chocolate but it was cold and tasteless. They served our cakes and drinks in take away paper dishes without any fork for cake. they did not clean the tables and chairs for new arrivals which should have been done to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. The toilet was very dirty.
