Sat on an outside table on Saturday, after waiting for a table, no one came out to clean tables or collect from table. Had to bring own drinks out. What is wrong with the rules regarding hospitality industry, Table service only. Coffee was very good, but not sure about another visit during Covid 19 pandemic
Lovely coffee shop. The assistant even informed me of the vegan food options which is very very rare.
Nice coffee. Nice toasted sandwich. Customer service was ok. I've no complaints. It was all just ok.

Overall was a lovely cafe, clean and offered lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Currently only accepting card payments due to Covid.
Good coffee but have to ask for the table to be cleared and cleaned.
Even during this years Pandemic, Cafe Nero's staff still have a warm welcome and make space to relax inside whilst observing social distancing. Thank you.
Service is good, coffee is pleasant. Comfortable interior.
