I absolutely loved the Baked Penne Amatriciana, which they were able to make vegan. However the waitress was terrible and clearly had no desire to be there. Would also be good if they were to offer a vegan dessert. Full marks for the food, but not the service

Had a lovely pizza here last week, really tasty. We didn't have much time as otherwise we would of had some starters and afters as well, as the food was lovely.
This is normally our favourite place for Pizza in worthing..today unfortunately everything seemed to have been turned on it's head. From staff that took our order over the phone to actually getting the pizza. The waitress on the phone seemed very stand offish over the phone, I asked for extra meat on the pizza I said the same meat that already comes on it which she just didn't seem to grasp and started talking about chicken. Then we come to the pizza itself...when we normally add buffalo mozzarella onto our pizza, it's ripped apart and spread over the pizza, this time we were just given a soggy ball in the middle, which is odd considering that's normally only what you do with Burrata. The cutting was very off this time as well. And finally, the price... it's more expensive to pick it up and order over the phone than it is to just order it on deliveroo....
Good selection of pizzas, freshly made and very delicious. They got a kids menu. Only one waiter for the lunch time so he was rushing and not very friendly because he was everywhere.
My husband and I love the pizza here - it is always so fresh and so flavourful as well as being unique compared to other pizzerias. I contacted them regarding a private function for my husband's surprise birthday party with 65 guests and they were absolutely amazing all the way through. Costa, the owner, is incredibly hard working and very patient. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had and this was so refreshing, as I like to plan ahead and am very detail oriented! We put together a menu with both classic and unique dishes, and Costa went above and beyond to ensure the variety was catered to everyone, and I found the pricing to be very reasonable. The guests absolutely loved the food, and the guys particularly were very happy that there is beer on draft! The team were super cool as cucumbers and nothing too much trouble, which was great for me as I literally worry up until the last minute - they allowed us in a little early so that we could put decorations up at the back and map out the seating arrangements, working through to the main restaurant once the remaining diners had left. The surprise went without a hitch and my husband had the best time! The staff were beyond lovely throughout the whole evening with lots of smiles and jokes which the guests commented on and absolutely loved. Thank you so much Costa and team, you have done a brilliant job, you work together so well. We will be Fiordilatte supporters for life!
Lovely pizzas, seven different and they all arrived together. Very nice and well served with garlic bread . The food was better than surroundings to be honest.Food: 4/5
Food was great as always. Unfortunately same as others here, the staff were just unacceptable. To my eyes there were 4 waiting on 16 table so very manageable 1 to 4 but very unfriendly from leaving us standing at the entrance, not hard to say we will be with you asap. Just ignored. Then drinks didn’t arrive, people who arrived after as got drinks before we did. When i questioned it got a very defensive reply saying I wasn’t on her table. Then we were ignored as the waitress had a strop. Such a shame as no matter how good the food is, it’s the whole experience when eating out. So many restaurants to choose from. One to cross of the list.
Great find, an independent Italian with the most fantastic pizzas, offering great pasta specials. The house Sangiovese red hit the spot! Would definitely return..Food: 5/5
Best pizza I've had in ages, got recommended this place, can see the chef preparing pizza and checking on it, owner is really nice, I eat out alot and all over the UK, and would recommend this out of my best 5 places to goFood: 5/5
