Serves good coffee but quite expensive compared to the coffee beans in a supermarket.  Lots of different drinks hot or cold 
A stand for sugar., tissues and mixing sticks and some things like:sandwiches, nuts, chocolate and ginger man.  Lots of seating not sure about wheelchair access

The atmosphere and interior is lovely, I come here every week to do some work and lay back. The only thing is that sometimes there's a let down or something different about my drink, that I prefer the actual coffee from other Caffè Nero branches. However this is the nicest Caffè Nero I've been to.

Staff are very rude with a serious chip on their shoulder. They skimp on the ingredients in the drinks and don't give you the correct amount of shots/syrup, meaning the drinks are very weak and verge on undrinkable. Other branches of Caffe Nero don't do this, so i don't know why Potters Bar Caffe Nero think they can get away with it. Also staff are very lazy, tables always dirty and not cleared. Actually unpleasant visiting the Potters Bar Caffe Nero. They don't take any pride in their establishment.
