just been into the Cafe Nero outside the Bridges in Sunderland and can i say what an amazing atmosphere the General Manger Marcello creates with the store. His customer service skills are second to none and also his staff are very courteous and attentive, I will certainly make this my go to store for my next coffee experience yours faithfully Sandra Dawes

Nice place, clean, comfy leather seat's not just Row's of tables/chairs. Only small issue is that it has large press button automatic double door's that are slow and all the heat is sucked out of the room every time it opens

Nice place, good food and coffee. As some others have said it's prices are fairly high, and if any criticism about the food, you don't really get much substance for what you pay - a bit light on the filing in your panini.
