Usual Nero quality coffee. Seating on 2 floors. Service was fast on my visit. Clean and tidy tables. Disabled toilet on ground floor. Upstairs seating area has plenty of room for working on laptops.

Good place to take a break. Upstairs seating area ideal for relaxing, chatting or doing some work. Prices are on the expensive side when compared to other high street coffee shops but this is quite a historic building with high ceilings and significant atmosphere. Well located both for the city centre and universities and has a small amount of outdoor seating available. A car park is situated close by.

I'm a regular customer coming to Cafe Nero from 2 to 4 times a week so I believe that old and good staff recognize me. However, on Monday's evening, I came to the Cafe later than usual, I've been told by a girl that it's closed. Suprised how late it is I checked my watch after I left and realized that it's still 7mins to close! I understand that people want to go home as soon as possible as I'm working at one of the restaurants so I know the pain when it's 2 mins left and we got an order... But it WAS NOT the first time! Unfortunately, It was the same person, who reject to serve me the last time in the very similar situation. I'm pretty sure that if there would be any other staff member there would NOT be a problem to take few more minutes to take the last coffee before closing time. Such a shame. That store was my favourite one in Leicester, very disappointed.

Friendly place with an excellent laptop area upstairs. Watch out for the queues at peak times though.

Really generous manager, who let us do planning for our charity. The Caffé Nero has alot of space and is very calm place to be. There are a variety of delicious drinks to choose from. The staff particularly are every so welcoming! Thanks alot Caffé Nero!
