Quick service despite it being Sunday midday and busy! Friendly staff with a quickly diminishing range of snack foods available - lots of sweet things - cakes, muffins etc. Quick and friendly service by the baristas and all staff. Pretty full but a good turnover of customers so you would get a seat pretty quickly, even though we visited in a Sunday midday
Since few members of staff changed the coffee is much nicer her and the lady with vibrant hair colour always remembers what people have which is sweet as sometimes we dont come here for longer time. Tables are usually clean and this time we have been it was pleasant temperature inside, much better then some other branches where they have air con full on cold.
I was meeting up with a 2 people from Gig Buddies today. It was really busy to start but soon went a bit quieter. I had no drink as I was socialising with my peers. Nice to be warm cosy on a damp and dull day with the cold wind.
Lovely coffee, and very attentive staff with great knowledge about allergy and dietary requirements. We were impressed with how lovely the staff were, and the Christmas drinks taste amazing too!Food: 5/5
Great coffee takeaway or food when eating in. It does get busy sometimes with a long queue. Vegetarian options: Great vevetarian options.
Gets really busy... not sure if they need extra staff to cope. Coffee is great as always but the sausage, egg and and bacon ciabatta should be renamed ‘omelette and bacon fat with shavings of sausage... ciabatta
Always a lovely atmosphere in Cafe Nero, plus they allow dogs. A bit slow serving but they probably cannot have two baristas in the small space.
The worse experience ever in a coffee shop. The barista was smashing the plates trying to wash them, no friendliness from them when asked to try to be sensible in regards the noise. The worse experience ever.
I like Caffe Nero coffee, although it does seem to have changed a bit in the last year or so - just a tad more bitter than in the past. Cakes and pastries are generally pretty good. Overall, I rate them slightly above Starbucks and Costa.
We always get our coffee here, nice brew, and they are dog friendly. Staff are generally cheerful and helpful, and they serve a good selection of cakes, pastries and savory stuff. One feature that seems to be present in every Nero's that I go to is that the toilets look grubby and like they haven't been given a coat of paint within living memory. The ones in the Horsham branch are no exception. The toilet rim was disgusting sorry if you're eating while reading this. Clean them properly! I think it's a policy decision not to spend any money in this area of the cafés.
