Found cafe wander by a pleasant "accident" last year and have been surprised by it's quality. Love their Scottish breakfast which is decently priced and delightfully served by the kindest staff. The ambiance of the place is great too. It's a beautiful, little cafe downstairs, right in the heart of city. Always a pleasure visiting them.
Met a friend for coffee. Warm welcome from the staff on entry. Shown to table. Waited a while for my friend but not rushed at all by the team. Screens up between tables for Covid restrictions. Very comfortable. Good atmosphere, lovely coffee and tasty food.
The food was exceptional. They offer a full Scottish breakfast along with a nice varied menu. There is also a nice cake selection. It is below street level but airlines bright and welcoming. The staff is very nice. Everything is extremely clean.
I have been to Cafe Wander twice and both times have had a great experience. The food is absolutely amazing and each time I cant wait to try something new! The service could be improved a tiny bit as I was really thirsty and nobody came to check on us. But it was busy with one server so I was not upset. Will ho back!
Go there all the time. Wonderful food and drink. Great place to meet friends and family
Highly recommend the burgers. Brilliant we cafe I stumbled across while having a wander on my break. Staff were as amazing as the food. Reasonably priced for what you get. Will be back!
