I was served by David and it was such a pleasant experience. He dealt with the elderly couple in front of me and offered to carry over their tray. He moved on to me, another elderly lady, and he was efficient and polite and took time sorting the tray and offering further assistance. Service was outstanding. Manager Ross was brilliant with the kids and us for that matter. Went out his way to talk with the kids. Andrew who served us was also very helpful. Due to the manager and Andrew we have found our new coffee shop.
Track and trace at door, server seats you. Table service. Good variety of cakes Lovely hot chocolate and coffee. Staff friendly and attentive in cafe, and staff member in shop knew about all the deals and best seasonal buys.
Staff member that served us was polite and tried his best without much support from his colleagues. There was clearly a staff shortage issue but it took almost 30 minutes to get served even though there were only about 6 people in front of us in the queue. If you like very sweet children's chocolate then this will be up your street but the coffee is quite poor.
While meeting family from down south we came across the Thornton’s Cafe in Livingston, Designer Outlet. From the minute we went in the service was professional & light hearted which cheered us up. Manager Ross & staff could not do enough for us & I would highly recommend it. Thank you Ross & staff for making our visit to Livingston a happy one. Ohhh & the coffee & cream scones also helped.

I love to have a hot chocolate in there! And their cakes! To die for. I'm not really a cake person, so that's how I know! It's just a pleasant place for a break while looking at people going about their business.
Nice coffee shop, good coffee and usually a free chocolate, good cakes and pastries. Could do with a change of decor in their coffee shops, seems a bit stark for a relaxing place.
Mrs P and I catching up with friend over teas and coffee. Complimentary chocolates served with beverages and another round offered by a very pleasant lady staffer. Sat in open area adjacent to main mall concourse which can get a little noisy.
Lovely wee cafe in the MacArthur Glen center. I think it's good value, free packet of crisps with my toastie with 2 wee chocolates included. Nice staff and was not busy.
