Lovely place to sit and relax in and have a quick coffee. The lovely lady with the short, Bright blue Bob behind the counter made us feel at home when my cousin's baby was playing about :- not often you get that reception anymore. She was very friendly to converse with and seems the regulars like her too :- x
I love going to this place. Not only for its amazing Chai latte but because of the awesome atmosphere it has that makes you feel like you're going home. The staff are superb the service is excellent. Always impressed with this Cafe Nero
Normally come to these main branches for their autumn and Christmas hot chocolate and coffee. Last time got an orange flavoured hot chocolate. Customer service always good, sometimes it does get busy.
Fantastic staff. So friendly and welcoming. This has been our oasis during lockdown and our little bit of normality. And the pastries are THE best and if you have not had a raspberry croissant you truly need to NOW.
I use my 02 free coffee offer in there. Maybe tastes nicer because it's free! But it really is great coffee every time.
The staff there doesn't respect the customers. and even if they're making wrong coffee they not return it or make another one to the customer and they think always right and costumers wrong.
Brilliant staff, excellent coffee. Kelly and Evie are fantastic.
