Nice coffee and pastries/cakes as usual. However, the no plates and no water rule is very odd. I presume if they were to continue allowing customers to use these, they would wash them? Strange.

Just a great cup of coffee
I love my local Caffe Nero and the staff; but allowing dogs unless a guide dog of course, is an issue. There were 3-4 this morning , and at least 2 were barking non- stop until they left. Spare a thought for the majority who prefer a peaceful wind down over great coffee and a good book!!
I love their coffees but unfortunately having to be take-away only, the chain has lost one of its assets, which was the atmosphere of the place when sitting inside. Here's hoping for the future!
