I use Nero regular, always excellent the staff are helpful and friendly. The social distancing is managed well by the staff. Great coffee shop.

Best coffee in Darlington. Lovely staff. Comfy seats and a good view.

Could have given 5 stars but for there only being one member of staff working. Still, my young daughter loves toasted paninis and hot chocolate. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff there and always a friendly smile awaits when you are served

Nice time to stop for a lovely cup of hot chocolate 

OK coffee but shocking hot chocolate. Pleasant staff but too few of them. Now just a place to drink your takeaway.

Coffee was poggers. Cake was poggers. Overall, pretty poggers cafe to visit.

Social distancing measures are working well, atmosphere was just a bit flat but that was more me than the venue. Staff are brilliant as usual though.

Friendly staff, quick service & good coffee

Good spacious coffee house, shame they don't do blue light card discount.
