Fish Mezze grilled with frozen vegetables and cold olive oil. I did not enjoy that. Was lacking salt and pepper black corn peppers. The Octopus was soggy and the fish was chewy. I went for a Portuguese Food experience but came out disappointed. Perhaps accustomed Portuguese diners might say otherwise. But I did not like the food a bit, sorry chef. Frozen vegetables is not REALLY cooking. This was more like a school diner with the added fish. Frozen Vegetables....who on earth will serve this in a restaurant. Furthermore they ONLY care for the Portuguese customers. The waitress did not seem refuse to understand English for fear of a challenge. Very BAD and selected customers service But the Owner is nice which is a plus. He has time for people. Thanks for the reply. It's much appreciated. No doubts you could have made my experience better. I did inform the staff about the quality of the food. I have informed the staff a lady, who served me the food and was also at the till when I paid on two occasions. Once when the food was served and later reiterated the same when making payment. I apologise that the message did not reach you but a team is a team. Irrespective of whether you were made aware of the issues was not here or there as a member of your team was fully made aware.
Staff are very rude and they only care about their regular Portuguese customers. I don’t recommend going there if you’re trying it out, the space is also very small and the owner just cares about accommodating his friends over customers that walk in. It’s also a very loud environment and there are too many drunk men just sitting there majority of the time watching football. I was very disappointed.
If you want good food , good price and good service come to this place. I have tried most of the things in the menu and they were all fantastic! I stongly recommend it.
Lovely place to eat! The chicken was amazing! Staff were really friendly. One side note, there is no parking close by unless it is after 6:30pm.
Awesome customer service, the food is second to none and the atmosphere is so warm like the staff. I would recommend this place to every and anyone, you must experience.
