Having eaten at Cafe Mela many times before, yesterday was my first experience of their takeaway service. It was every bit as good as I expected. Really easy to order on line, excellent service, great communication and delicious food. Thank you.
Awesome food. Totally amazing
Don't order takeaway..... Pre ordered take way at 1430 for 1930 and turned up 2 hours late cold. Tried to call, phone off the hook. Poor customer service, delivery drive just said I'm guessing this is late and made no attempt to apologise! This ruin are night. Don't order take away.
Food was supposed to arrive around 8pm but never arrived. About 1.30 in the morning received a text saying they had cancelled the order. Tried many times to contact them during the evening but the phone was left of the hook.
Fab evening with dear friends. Superb meal made excellent value by the way out to help out offer.
Have enjoyed a few evenings meals from cafe Mela! Great food and premises to match, however the service varies. Either very attentive or you feel like you are bothering the staff for attention. However would definitely visit again
