A very cute wee restaurant with a very friendly and cosey vibe. I had just popped in for a light a bite, it was a warm day so was able to sit outside. The staff were friendly and the food was yummy. Wheelchair accessibility: There is access for wheelchair users.
Everything is a 10/10. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and I haven’t had a pizza quite like that, the cheese was nice and stringy the pepperoni was great. Also had a side of Cajun seasoned fries and bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Cajun chips were perfectly seasoned and tasted amazing. The bread was nice and warm and soft fresh as well. Atmosphere was amazing we sat in the beer garden, lovely décor gorgeous place. Service was a 10/10 everyone was so lovely and had a great attitude. Food came fast only waited around 10-15 minutes and everything was fresh. Recommended to everyone Kid-friendliness: My little brother that’s 11 with autism loved it the staff where very friendly and where very nice to him he also loved his food and had a good time very kid friendly
Lovely meal tonight. Exceptional service. Just one criticism. The table next to us seem to have been given free shots when they got they're bill. This should be standard not only for a selected few.Atmosphere: 1/5

I've had takeaways from here before. The food is good. This was my first time in the restaurant though, and although it wasn't terrible, it really wasn't that great either. It's very small and they have plenty of staff but the service just isn't very good. It's not bad, but little niggles here and there and having to ask for everything - it actually got quite tiring by the end of our visit so we didn't bother with dessert. Food is good though so just be prepared Vegetarian options: Lots of pasta options Parking: No restaurant car park. There is a paid car park next to the church and there is free street parking available around the area but it's very busy and not guaranteed Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't recommend for children. Tight seating, hard chairs, didn't see anything child friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Small, cramped but it is flat. Could get a wheelchair in with a struggle
I had a brilliant meal with my wife this afternoon. Staff are friendly and attentive. The food was unbelievable. I asked for chilli in one of the dishes and it was absolutely excellent. The prices whether you go a la carte or the fixed price lunch menu are brilliant for such great quality Italian food. If you haven't been, I suggest you do. Best Italian food I've tasted!

Staff kindly squeezed us in late afternoon on Saturday, I don't know if there was a shift change or something at the time but it seemed a bit hectic and there wasn't many of us in at the time. Someone to answer the calls constantly and a better booking system is needed but other than that I want to move in! Food was fantastic!
Really lovely Italian restaurant. Cosy, intimate and feels like you are a million miles from Kirkintilloch. Service was outstanding and food was delicious. I have been a few times and always great service and food. Well done team Mariana's, can't wait to come back!Food: 5/5
