Without doubt THE SLOWEST establishment you will ever visit,every time half an hour wait in short que every time ,it is mind boggling how slow they are.nThen when you pay there's another atleast 10 minute wait for them to make it, and to add insult to injury the coffee is weak and watery.nWhy don't they just get 1 member of staff to just make the drinks?nnSeriously this place is in need of proper management nnP.s I will change this review after you sort the serving time out.nBuying a coffee should 10 minutes max ,not 30 to an hour.

Been there a couple of times in recent months over from Crowborough. I can't resist the breakfast baguette  Good stuff

Food always freshly made, really worth waiting for. Service is good, really friendly staff.

Drinks were ok but a 35 minute wait for a bacon roll seems a bit extreme, the downside of employing 3 teenagers to work a busy Saturday i guess.

Excellent breakfast rolls and baguettes. Didn't  wait long at all, max 5 mins.
