Absolutely useless! Called up Cafe Xpress this morning at 9:29 and spoke to a Eastern European sounding woman who took the order. I called back again at 9:34 to add one item to the original order. The order was for 7 people (bacon etc) and was told it'd be 30 minutes. Turned up after 30 minutes and was told that the order hadn't even been recorded and I was asked if I had the right place and had to prove I'd even called them up. Shocking, and we shall be avoiding in the future now. Use Butty Boutique down the road - better quality and much quicker AND they actually carry out your order!
