A great place to hang out with friends and family. It is in a nice peaceful location so it is easy to get to and find parking. There is never a real wait to get seating. The coffee, snacks and desserts are good but it would be better if they could serve hot food. Docking a star due to being asked to buy 2 shisha's when there were 4 of us, even though we were buying food and drinks and it wasn't very busy. We're not big smokers so it didn't make sense, but it only happened once. Parking: Parking nearby streets, as well as a car park opposite side of the road to the entrance. Depending on times, you have to pay.
Shisha Cafe is decent. Flavour range is good. However, the quality has varied over the years. Sometimes good, sometimes poor. Overall my experiences have been more towards the positive end of the spectrum although I have not been since 2016 so cannot comment on its more recent performance. Edit 30/03/2019: decor has improved and service is decent. Overall a more improved experience.
Me and my partner frequent Shisha cafe and keep coming back to this brilliant place. The staff and owners are great and they make you feel really welcome.. The decor is a very cosy morrocan style with heaters to keep you warm whilst you’re there. 10/10
Very nice setting, environment, no loud music and had the sports on which I like. Desserts were good and sofas were spaced out well. Service was good too.

Amazing place has a great variety of tea's, milkshakes and loads of desserts. The shisha selcetion is amazing they can mix any flavor you want and also fond a flavor to meet your needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone who comes .
I love shisha cafe. The dessert is great, the staff are amazing and the shisha is always made right!!! Lovely staff including Danish and Polina. Danish always making sure shisha is not harsh and flavour is nice, constantly checking up on us. Polina makes the best Nutella and strawberry pancakes. Always nice to me and mates and always greeting us and making us feel comfortable.
Just had a business meeting at this place and it was best services and nice atmosphere , the shisha was very good will definitely visit again..cafe with friendly staff and clean. An amazing place to go to and take friends and family to the Shisha cafe for a nice time. Prices are very good and competitive !! 5 stars without any doubt !!
Awesome place, really different to other shisha cafes, has better vibes than others to my opinion, good smoke, desserts are on point, the milkshakes, coffee and tea have different types. Custer service is amazing you don't have to wait for coal for a long time like other places, staffs are really friendly and open. You can now order food from the excuite dining sultan Ahmet's that's bonus. Food gets delivered to the time you want or asap. Overall shisha cafe is amazing. The place does host any live events, such as boxing to football matches to UFC and theres the option of reserving tables + walk in as well if needed to suit your needs. I would recommend this shisha cafe and it deserves much more!!!
