Awsome book shop, great selection of well over 100,000 books. The lady running this was so helpful and knowledgeable about every section of the store. Spent a good hour with friends in here, spent a few quid. Got some absolute bargains.
i've not used the cafe but the book place is divine! a whole shelf of penguins, mills and boons, scifi pulp... but also powtry books from the 1800s for 3 quid, play mznuscripts, a nook of military history... massive recommend! they accept card but were ecstatic when i offloaded all my pound coins and silvers!
My friend brought me to this book shop when I was visiting the UK, and I couldn't have been happier! Thousands of books await the curious and explorative mind. You may leave with exactly the title you were looking for, or if you're like me, with treasures you didn't even know you needed. The librarian in me was also quite pleased with how well sorted it all was. I found it easy and intuitive to navigate the shelves in search for the rare find that would make a great read for the trip. The linguist in me would've probably left with fifteen dictionaries. Thanks again to the lady who welcomed us so warmly and guided me through this magic place <3
Amazing shop. Vast selection of books on every subject imaginable. Very helpful staff
The help from staff was wonderful and was allowed to browse and when needed the staff would go out of their way to help.
Can spend hours in here. The second hand book selection is amazing, every subject you can imagine! The cafe downstairs offers super foid and coffee, also has Guinness on draught!! Well worth visiting if your in Llangollen
I visited this book shop today. I was amazed all the books they have, there's loads. Really lovely shop and the staff are Very helpful and friendly. Will be calling again soon.
Friendly staff, nice choice of food, kids area separated so works for all, huge second hand book store upstairs, always stop here if we're in the area
Good and fast service and amazing to die for Scones, got a play area so kids can run wild whilst you chill. Definitely will recomend, especially to families
